Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

According to the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®), a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a recognized expert in identifying the business needs of an organization in order to determine business solutions and is the key facilitator within an organization, acting as a bridge between the client, stakeholders, and the solution team. Responsible for requirements development and requirements management, CBAPs are competent individuals performing a role that is increasingly recognized as a vital component of any successful project.

The CBAP certification process includes demonstrating the experience, knowledge, and competencies of a qualified practitioner of business analysis according to requirements designated by the IIBA. The CBAP certification program is designed for intermediate and senior business analysts. Candidates are not required to be IIBA members in order to take the exam.

This highly interactive course focuses on preparing participants to take the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) exam. This is not an introduction to project management course. This course will review all of the material covered on the exam and provide a large number of practice exams to prepare participants to succeed.

Students can claim 21 PDU/Contact Hours upon completion of this course. This course also qualifies for continuing PDU credit in Category 3 or Category A.
